目的:建立熵权法和灰色关联度分析质量评价模型,对吉林省不同产地的玉竹质量进行综合评价,为其进一步研究与开发提供依据。方法:按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》玉竹检测项,测定吉林省不同产地玉竹药材的水分、浸出物及多糖含量,在此基础上利用灰色关联分析方法,以水分、浸出物和多糖含量为指标,以相对关联度为测度,运用熵权法对各品质指标进行权重分析,构建熵权法结合灰色关联度的质量评价模型。结果:吉林省8个产地获得的玉竹药材相对关联度值的范围为0.265~0.580,质量优劣次序为:龙井 > 磐石 > 公主岭 > 舒兰 > 图们 > 扶余 > 九台 > 柳河。结论:灰色关联度分析通过比较各因素数据序列之间的几何相似性或差异程度,来判断各因素对玉竹品质的影响程度;熵权法基于信息熵的原理得到较为准确的权重分配,该综合评价方法可以在常规检测指标的基础上分析评价玉竹以及其他的中药材进行等级评级。 |

Objective: To establish a quality evaluation model based on the entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis, and to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma from different regions in Jilin Province, providing a basis for further research and development. Methods: The moisture content, extractive matter, and polysaccharide content of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma from different regions in Jilin Province were measured according to the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. Based on this, grey correlation analysis was used, taking moisture content, extractive matter, and polysaccharide content as indicators and relative correlation as the measurement. The entropy weight method was applied to analyze the weight of each quality indicator and to construct a quality evaluation model combining the entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis. Results: The relative correlation values of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma from 8 regions in Jilin Province ranged from 0.265 to 0.580. The quality ranking from best to worst in this region was: Longjing > Panshi > Gongzhuling > Shulan > Tumen > Fuyu > Jiutai > Liuhe. Conclusion: Grey correlation analysis compares the geometric similarity or difference between data sequences of various factors to determine the impact of each factor on the quality of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma. The entropy weight method, based on the principle of information entropy, provides a more accurate weight distribution. This integrated evaluation method can be applied to the grade classification and evaluation of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma and other traditional Chinese medicines based on routine detection indicators. |
