| 右归丸出自明代医家张景岳的《景岳全书·新方八阵·补阵》，是治疗肾阳不足的经典名方，具有温补肾阳、填精止遗的功效，广泛用于治疗膝骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、卵巢功能不全等疾病。近年来，越来越多的研究表明右归丸在骨质疏松症（OP）的治疗中具有一定疗效。本文查阅近几年相关文献，发现右归丸可通过调控骨髓间充质干细胞参与调控BMP－2/Smad、AMPK/mTOR、Hedgehog等信号通路，改善线粒体自噬水平、调控相关因子与蛋白表达、调节性激素、增强骨骼生物力学性能、抗氧化应激、调节钙磷代谢、调控下丘脑－垂体－肾上腺轴等发挥治疗OP的作用。 |

| Yougui Pill， out of a famous classical formula from the Ming dynasty physician Zhang Jingyue's Jingyue Quanshu · New Formulas of the Eight Armies · Supplementary Army， is used to treat kidney Yang deficiency. It is known for its ability to warm and tonify kidney Yang， replenish essence， and stop spontaneous leakage， and has been widely used in treating diseases such as knee osteoarthritis， ankylosing spondylitis， and ovarian insufficiency. In recent years， increasing evidence suggests that Yougui Pill has therapeutic effects in the treatment of osteoporosis （OP）. This paper reviews recent literature and finds that Yougui Pill exerts therapeutic effects in OP through the regulation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells， modulation of signaling pathways such as BMP－2/Smad， AMPK/mTOR， Hedgehog， improvement of mitochondrial autophagy levels， regulation of related factors and protein expression， modulation of sex hormones， enhancement of bone biomechanics， antioxidative stress， regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism， and modulation of the hypothalamic－pituitary－adrenal axis. |
