| 目的：研究甘草泻心汤对白塞病小鼠肠道菌群及白细胞介素－17A（IL－17A）的干预作用。方法：24只4 ~ 6周龄BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组和阳性药组，每组6只。除空白组外，其他组小鼠采用虾原肌球蛋白致敏构建白塞小鼠模型。造模成功后，中药组给予甘草泻心汤0.163 8 g/20 g灌胃，阳性药组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片0.011 7 g/20 g灌胃，空白组和模型组给予生理盐水灌胃。灌胃给药第10天，收集小鼠新鲜粪便采用平皿计数法进行肠道菌群检测，并采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法测定检测小鼠血清IL－17A的含量。结果：与空白组比较，模型组小鼠粪便中的双歧杆菌与乳杆菌含量显著降低（P < 0.01），大肠埃希菌与肠球菌含量则显著升高（P < 0.01）；与模型组比较，中药组及阳性药组小鼠的粪便中双歧杆菌与乳杆菌含量较模型组明显上升（P < 0.01），大肠埃希菌与肠球菌含量则明显下降（P < 0.01）。ELISA检测结果表明，与对照组比较，模型组小鼠外周血IL－17A水平显著升高（P < 0.01），与模型组比较，中药组及阳性药组小鼠血清IL－17A水平显著降低（P < 0.01）。结论：甘草泻心汤能降低白塞小鼠肠道内大肠埃希菌、肠球菌的数量，增加双歧杆菌、乳杆菌的数量，抑制炎症因子IL－17A的释放，从而起到治疗白塞病的作用。 |

| Objective： To study the intervention effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction on intestinal flora and IL－17A in Behcet's disease mice. Methods： Twenty－four BALB/C mice aged 4－6 weeks were randomly divided into four groups： blank group， model group， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） group， and positive drug group， with 6 mice in each group. Except for the blank group， mice in the other groups were sensitized with shrimp tropomyosin to establish a Behcet's disease mouse model. After successful modeling， the TCM group was given Gancao Xiexin Decoction at 0.163 8 g/20 g by gavage， the positive drug group was given Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets at 0.011 17 g/20 g by gavage， and the blank group and model group were given normal saline by gavage. On the 10th day of gavage administration， fresh feces of the mice were collected for intestinal flora detection using the plate counting method， and the serum IL－17A level was measured by enzyme－linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results： Compared with the blank group， the contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the feces of the model group were significantly decreased （P < 0.01）， while the contents of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were significantly increased （P < 0.01）. Compared with the model group， the contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the feces of the TCM group and positive drug group were significantly increased （P < 0.01）， while the contents of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were significantly decreased （P < 0.01）. ELISA results showed that compared with the control group， the peripheral blood IL－17A level in the model group was significantly increased （P < 0.01）. Compared with the model group， the serum IL－17A levels in the TCM group and positive drug group were significantly decreased （P < 0.01）. Conclusion： Gancao Xiexin Decoction can reduce the number of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the intestines of Behcet's disease mice， increase the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus， and inhibit the release of the inflammatory factor IL－17A， thereby exerting a therapeutic effect on Behcet's disease. |
