| 化脓性骨髓炎（SO）属“阴疽”“附骨疽”等范畴，是现代临床常见的骨骼感染性疾病，病情反复，迁延难愈。“态靶辨治”是仝小林院士将中医整体观与现代医学精准化治疗模式相结合的创新性诊疗体系。本文基于“态靶辨治”理论，态靶同调，审因防果，将SO病程辨分为三期三态：急性期属“热态”，清热解毒，靶向调以黄连解毒汤合仙方活命饮；亚急性期属“瘀态”，活血通脉，靶向治以血府逐瘀汤合阳和汤；慢性期属“虚态”，扶助正气，靶向补以八珍汤或十全大补汤合托里消毒散。 |

| Suppurative osteomyelitis （SO）， categorized as "Yin Ju" or "Fu Gu Ju" in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， is a clinically prevalent bone infection characterized by recurrent and refractory progression. The "state－target" treatment theory， pioneered by Academician Tong Xiaolin， integrates TCM holistic concepts with modern precision medicine. This study applies the "state－target" approach to classify SO into three pathological states across disease duration， aiming to adjust state－target simultaneously，examining causes and preventing conseguences ： Acute stage （"Heat State"）： Treated with heat－clearing and detoxification， targeting Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Xianfang Huoming Decoction. Subacute stage （"Stasis State"）： Managed by activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals， targeting Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Yanghe Decoction. Chronic stage （"Deficiency State"）： Addressed by reinforcing healthy Qi， targeting Bazhen Decoction or Shiquan Dabu Decoction combined with Tuoli Xiaodu Powder. |
