| 血管生成是子宫内膜异位症（EMs）病理进展的关键环节，异位内膜组织中microRNA、外泌体、氧化应激和缺氧、激素代谢水平、盆腔免疫及炎症微环境的动态变化与血管新生密切相关。本文综述了中医药对EMs血管新生的干预机制，为抗血管生成治疗作为EMs靶向治疗的可行性探讨提供理论依据。同时发现中医药通过多靶点调控血管生成相关因子的表达活性，干预异位内膜细胞黏附、浸润、增殖等生物学行为，从而有效调节病灶生长微环境平衡，抑制血管过度生长。 |

| Angiogenesis is a crucial process in the pathological progression of endometriosis （EMs）. The dynamic changes in microRNA， exosomes， oxidative stress and hypoxia， hormone metabolism levels， pelvic immunity， and inflammatory microenvironment within ectopic endometrial tissues are closely associated with neovascularization. This article reviews the intervention mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） on EMs angiogenesis， providing theoretical basis for exploring the feasibility of anti－angiogenic therapy as targeted treatment for EMs. The study reveals that TCM can regulate the expression and activity of angiogenesis－related factors through multiple targets， thereby intervening in biological behaviors such as adhesion， invasion， and proliferation of ectopic endometrial cells. Consequently， TCM effectively modulates the microenvironment balance of lesions and inhibits excessive vascular growth. |
