| 目的：观察血府逐瘀汤联合电热针治疗早期气滞血瘀型脑卒中患者上肢运动和感觉功能的影响。方法：选择符合纳入标准的早期气滞血瘀型脑卒中患者86例，依据随机数字表随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各43例。对照组给予常规西医治疗方案，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予血府逐瘀汤联合电热针治疗，两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、Fugl－Meyer评定量表（FMA－UE）评分、上肢肌力、感觉功能阈值、炎症因子指标的变化情况。结果：与治疗前比较，两组治疗后偏瘫麻木、口眼歪斜、舌僵语塞、行动不便中医症状积分均降低，FMA－UE评分、上肢肌力和感觉阈值冷觉（CS）、冷痛觉（CP）均升高，温觉（WS）、热痛觉（HP）和血清MMP－9、IL－6、hs－CRP水平均降低（P < 0.05）。与对照组治疗后比较，观察组中医症状积分降低，FMA-UE评分、上肢肌力和感觉阈值冷觉（CS）、冷痛觉（CP）均升高，温觉（WS）、热痛觉（HP）和血清MMP－9、IL－6、hs－CRP水平均降低（P < 0.05）。结论：血府逐瘀汤联合电热针治疗早期气滞血瘀型脑卒中，可明显改善患者上肢运动功能和感觉功能，调节血清炎症因子水平，提高日常生活能力。 |

| Objective： To observe the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with electrothermal acupuncture treatment on upper limb motor and sensory functions in early stroke patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Methods： Eighty six early stroke patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table， with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment， while the observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with electrothermal acupuncture in addition to the control group's treatment. Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks. TCM symptom scores， Fugl－Meyer Assessment upper extremity scale （FMA－UE） scores， upper limb muscle strength， sensory function thresholds， and inflammatory factor indicators were compare between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment， both groups showed decrease of TCM symptom （hemiplegic numbness， deviated mouth and eyes， stiff tongue and slurred speech， mobility impairment）， increased FMA－UE scores， upper limb muscle strength， and sensory thresholds for cold sensation （CS） and cold pain sensation （CP）， as well as decreased warm sensation （WS）， heat pain sensation （HP）， and serum levels of MMP－9， IL－6， and hs－CRP after treatment （P < 0.05）. Compared with the control group after treatment， the observation group showed lower TCM symptom scores， higher FMA－UE scores， upper limb muscle strength， and sensory thresholds for cold sensation （CS） and cold pain sensation （CP）， as well as lower warm sensation （WS）， heat pain sensation （HP）， and serum levels of MMP－9， IL－6， and hs－CRP （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with electrothermal acupuncture treatment can significantly improve upper limb motor and sensory functions， regulate serum inflammatory factor levels， and enhance daily living ability in early stroke patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. |
