| 早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)以女性40岁前卵巢功能减退为主要临床特征,严重影响女性生殖健康。近年来研究表明,肠道菌群可通过肠-卵巢轴参与该疾病的发生与发展进程。中医药具有多靶点调节优势,能通过调节肠道微生态而改善卵巢功能。本文综述相关文献,系统阐释肠-卵巢轴的理论基础及中医药调控肠道菌群干预POI的核心机制,发现中医药能通过调节菌群结构、修复肠道屏障、调控菌群代谢、抑制卵巢局部炎症等途径干预POI。 |

| Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is primarily characterized by the decline of ovarian function in women before the age of 40, posing a significant threat to female reproductive health. Recent studies indicate that gut microbiota plays role in the pathogenesis and progression of POI through the Gut-Ovary Axis. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), with its multi-targeted regulatory advantages, can ameliorate ovarian function by modulating the gut microecology. By reviewing the relevant literature, this study systematically elucidates the theoretical foundation of the Gut-Ovary Axis and the core mechanisms by which TCM intervenes in POI through gut microbiota regulation. It is found that TCM intervenes in POI through multiple pathways, including reshaping the microbial community structure, repairing the intestinal barrier, regulating microbial metabolism, and inhibiting local ovarian inflammation. |
