| 类风湿关节炎（RA）是临床常见疾病，是一种以侵蚀性关节炎为主要表现的全身性自身免疫性疾病。类风湿关节炎属中医学“痹证”辨治范畴，中医学对其病因病机的认识历史悠久，有丰富的治疗经验。本文从病因病机及治疗方法等方面，阐述了近年来中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展，发现中医药可通过内治法、外治法及内外合治法治疗类风湿关节炎，治疗方法多样，在缓解患者不适症状、提高生活质量等方面疗效显著，且安全性更高。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis is a common clinical disease, is a systemic autoimmune disease with erosive arthritis as the main manifestation. Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to the category of arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine, which has a long history of understanding its etiology and pathogenesis and has rich experience in treatment. This article expounds the research progress in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment. It is found that traditional Chinese medicine can treat rheumatoid arthritis through internal treatment, external treatment and combination of internal and external treatment. There are various treatment methods. It has significant curative effect in alleviating patients' discomfort symptoms and improving quality of life, and higher safety. |
