| 目的：通过对卵巢癌化疗后出现白细胞减少症的患者进行中医体质的问卷调查,探讨中医体质与卵巢癌化疗后白细胞减少症的相关性。方法：对249例确诊为卵巢癌且在化疗之后出现白细胞减少症的患者进行调查问卷,采用皮尔逊c2检验的统计学方法分析中医体质与卵巢癌患者化疗后出现白细胞减少的相关性。结果：(1)49岁及以上年龄的卵巢癌患者化疗后出现白细胞减少症的发病率高达63.1%。(2)卵巢癌化疗后出现白细胞减少症的患者以气虚体质占27.7%。(3)卵巢癌患者化疗后出现白细胞减少与气虚体质具有一定的相关性。结论：卵巢癌化疗后出现白细胞减少症与气虚体质具有密切的联系, 以期为临床上卵巢癌患者化疗后白细胞减少症的预防提供临床依据。 |

| Objective: To investigate the correlation between TCM constitution and leukopenia in patients with ovarian cancer after chemotherapy. Methods: 249 patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer with leukopenia after chemotherapy were investigated. Pearson 2 test was used to analyze the correlation between TCM constitution and leukopenia after chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients. Results :(1) the incidence of leukopenia in ovarian cancer patients aged 49 years and above was up to 63.1% after chemotherapy. (2) Qi deficiency accounted for 27.7% of the patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. (3) There is a certain correlation between leukopenia and qi-deficiency constitution in ovarian cancer patients after chemotherapy. Conclusion: The occurrence of leukopenia after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer is closely related to qi deficiency constitution, so as to provide clinical basis for the prevention of leukopenia after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer patients. |
