| 目的：探究自拟消肿止痛方（马铃薯+明矾+冰片）治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2020年6月—2021年1月收治的符合纳排标准的90例膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者作为研究对象，以随机数字表将其分为试验组（45例）和对照组（45例）。试验组采用自拟消肿止痛方（马铃薯+明矾+冰片）治疗，对照组采用消定膏治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者VAS评分、总体疗效、治疗前、治疗一周和治疗两周的血清中IL-1β和TNF-α水平的变化。结果：试验组的总有效率达到89%，高于对照组的总有效率83%；两组患者VAS评分及血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平含量均低于治疗前（P<0.05），试验组VAS评分及血清IL-1β和TNF-α含量均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：自拟消肿止痛方（马铃薯+明矾+冰片）外敷治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎能有效的缓解膝关节疼痛、肿胀等症状，有效的改善膝关节功能活动，并且降低了血清中白介素（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）的含量，在缓解疼痛症状方面，止痛效果不弱于消定膏，且具有良好的安全性，无不良反应的发生。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-designed detumescent zhitong prescription(potato + alum + borneol)in treating traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods:A total of 90 patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint who were admitted from June 2020 to January 2021 and met the criteria were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 45) and the control group (n = 45) by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with self-designed detumescent zhitong prescription,and the control group was treated with Xiaoding ointment.VAS score and overall efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels in serum before treatment,and at 1 and 2 weeks of treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 89.47%, which was higher than that of control group 82.86%;VAS score after treatment was decreased in 2 groups compared with before treatment (P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance between groups (P>0.05).The levels of IL-1βand TNF-α in serum of 2 groups after treatment were lower than before (P<0.05).The contents of IL-1βand TNF-αin serum of experimental group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed detumescent zhitong prescription by external application for the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint can effectively relieve the pain and swelling of the knee joint,and improve the functional activities of knee joint,in addition,the levels of IL-1β and TNF-αin serum were decreased.In relieving pain symptoms,the analgesic effect is equivalent to Xiaoding ointment,which is safe and no adverse reactions. |
