| 摘要：目的：探讨循经往返灸配合推拿促进中风后偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法：选取2019年6月至2021年6月间于我院住院治疗的73例中风偏瘫患者进行前瞻性研究，将受试对象随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者接受相同的基础治疗，给予对照组推拿治疗，给予研究组循经往返灸联合推拿治疗，两组均连续治疗4周。治疗结束后分析疗效，并根据FMA评分量表评估患者肢体运动功能，根据Barthel指数评估患者生活能力。结果：治疗4周后，研究组治疗总有效率97.30%，明显高于对照组88.89%（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。研究组疗效分级情况明显优于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义；治疗后研究组FMA上肢评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05），研究组FMA下肢评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05），研究组BI指数明显高于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：循经往返灸配合推拿治疗对于中风后偏瘫患者康复效果较好，促进患者肢体运动功能，提高患者生活自理能力，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of meridian and moxibustion combined with massage on the rehabilitation effect of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: A prospective study was performed on 73 patients with stroke and hemiplegia who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019. The subjects were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The two groups of patients received the same basic treatment. The control group was given massage therapy, and the study group was given round-trip moxibustion combined with massage therapy. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After the treatment was completed, the curative effect was analyzed, and the limb motor function was evaluated according to the FMA score scale, patients' viability was assessed according to the Barthel index. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher (P <0.05). The efficacy classification of the study group was significantly better (P <0.05). After treatment, the FMA upper limb score of the study group was significantly higher (P <0.05). The FMA lower limb score of the study group was significantly higher (P <0.05). The BI index of the study group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: The meridian and moxibustion combined with massage therapy has a better rehabilitation effect on patients with hemiplegia after stroke, promotes the patient's limb movement function, and improves the patient's self-care ability. |
