| 乳腺癌作为一种常见的恶性肿瘤，具有发病机制复杂、病情发展迅速等特点。回顾近年来国内外科研文献发现，中药单体或中药方剂能够有效通过对靶向基因、信号通路产生生物学调控，从而有效抑制乳腺癌细胞增殖及诱导其凋亡或改变癌细胞对化疗、内分泌治疗的耐药性等。目前也相继有新的临床研究表明中药方剂、中药方剂联合针灸或中药方剂联合西医等治疗手段，皆可有效治疗乳腺癌患者，这不仅初步证实中医药治疗肿瘤疾病在增效减毒方面的潜在疗效和优势，同时也可以弥补现阶段西医治疗乳腺癌疾病的局限性，共同构建我国中西结合防治乳腺癌的特色诊疗模式，对降低乳腺癌患者的复发率、病死率及提高患者的生存质量及开展相关临床工作具有重要意义。 |

| As a common malignant tumor, breast cancer has the characteristics of complex pathogenesis and rapid disease development. We have reviewed in this paper the domestic and foreign scientific research literature in recent years and found that TCM medicinal or TCM formulae can effectively produce biological regulation of targeted genes and signal pathways, and can effectively inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer cells and induce their apoptosis or change the drug resistance of cancer cells to chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. At present, new clinical studies have also shown that traditional Chinese medicine formulae,traditional Chinese medicine formulae combined with acupuncture, or traditional Chinese medicine formulae combined with Western medicine and other therapeutic means can effectively treat breast cancer patients. This not only preliminarily confirms the potential efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor diseases in enhancing efficiency and reducing toxicity, but also can make up for the limitations of Western medicine in the treatment of breast cancer disease at the present stage. It is of great significance to construct the characteristic diagnosis and treatment mode of Chinese and Western combination of prevention and treatment of breast cancer in China to reduce the recurrence rate and fatality rate of breast cancer patients, improve the quality of life of patients and carry out related clinical work. |
