      浙贝母是传统“浙八味”药材之一,位列“浙八味”药材之首,可以清热化痰止咳、解毒散结消痈。研究发现浙贝母主要含有生物碱类、黄酮类、萜类及皂苷类、糖类等化学成分,并含挥发性成分,具有镇咳祛痰、平喘、抗炎、抗菌、镇痛、抗氧化、抗癌、抗肿瘤等药理作用。本文在对浙贝母化学成分和药理作用研究总结的基础上,依据质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)相关概念,在植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、化学成分可测性、传统药性、传统药效、不同配方配伍、不同干燥方法、不同产区、入血成分等方面,对浙贝母Q-marker进行预测分析,初步预测贝母素甲、贝母素乙等生物碱类成分,皂苷类,挥发性成分,黄酮类,萜类等成分可作为浙贝母的主要Q-marker。

      Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. is one of the traditional Zhejiang Eight Medicinals, and ranks the first among them. It can clear heat, resolve phlegm, relieve cough, detoxify, disperse abscesses and nodules. It was found that Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. mainly contains alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, saponins, sugars and other chemical components, and contains volatile components. It has pharmacological effects, such as antitussive, expectorant, asthmatic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic, antioxidant, anticancer and anti-tumor. In this paper, based on the research and summary of chemical components and pharmacological effects of medicinal, according to the related concepts of quality marker(Q-marker), in terms of plant affinity and chemical component specificity, chemical component measurability, traditional medicinal properties, traditional efficacy, compatibility of different formulations, different drying methods, different producing areas, blood entry components, etc., Q-marker of the medicinal was predicted and analyzed to preliminarily predict that peimine, peiminine and other alkaloid components, saponins, volatile components, flavonoids, terpenoids and other components can be used as the main Q-markers of the medicinal.
