| 混合性结缔组织病是一种伴有多种异常自身抗体的自身免疫性疾病,具有类似系统性红斑狼疮、系统性硬化症、多发性肌炎/皮肌炎及类风湿性关节炎等疾病的重叠特征,但其综合特征很少同时发生,在数月或数年间序惯出现。中医药治疗本病具有一定优势。笔者从以相关概念、病因病机和理论、临床、实验研究,并从诊断、临床分型、治法、方药等方面出发,对近10年来中医药治疗本病的研究进展进行概述,并提出目前存在的问题和对未来的展望。 |

| Mixed connective tissue disease is an autoimmune disease with multiple abnormal autoantibodies.It has overlapping characteristics similar to systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, multiple myositis/dermatomyositis, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases. However, its comprehensive characteristics rarely occur simultaneously, and they always appear in sequence for months or years. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating this disease. Based on relevant concepts, etiology, pathogenesis and theories, clinical and experimental studies, and from the aspects of diagnosis, clinical classification, treatment and prescriptions, the author summarized the research progress of TCM in the treatment of this disease in the past 10 years, and put forward the existing problems and prospects for the future. |
