目的 研究核桃楸Juglans mandshurica Maxim未成熟外果皮中酚酸类成分。方法 青龙衣95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱和半制备HPLC等进行分离纯化,通过HR-ESI-MS和NMR波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为对苯二酚(1)、没食子酸乙酯(2)、咖啡酸(3)、香草酸(4)、丁香酸(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、2-羟基-4-甲氧基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸(8)、3′-O-(E-4-coumaroyl)-quinic acid(9)、5′-O-(E-4-coumaroyl)-quinic acid(10)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸(11)、阿魏酰乳酸二甲酯(12)、2,5-二甲基间苯二酚(13)、(S)-3-羟基-1,5-二苯基-1-戊酮(14)、Z-P-coumaryl-hexacosanoate(15)。结论 化合物8~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

AIM To study the phenolic acid compounds of the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. METHODS The 95% ethanol extracts from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC colum. Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by HR-ESI-MS and NMR spectral data. RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 1,4-dihydroxybenzene (1), ethyl gallate (2),caffeic acid (3),vanillic acid (4),syringic acid (5),protocatechuic acid (6),P-hydroxybenzonic acid (7),2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoic acid (8),3′-O-(E-4-coumaroyl)-quinic acid (9),5′-O-(E-4-coumaroyl)-quinic acid (10),3,3′-dimethoxylellagic acid (11),dimethyl feruloyl-lactate (12),2,5-dimethyl-1,3-benzenediol (13),(S)-3-hydroxy-1,5-diphenyl-1-pentanone (14) and Z-P-coumaryl-hexacosanoate (15). CONCLUSION Compounds 8~15 are isolated form this plant for the first time. |
