| 陕西省名中医梁君昭教授总结多年临床经验,认为是慢性心衰病性为本虚标实,本虚为心肾阳虚,是慢性心衰的关键病机；而标实水饮、瘀血互结为慢性心衰中出现的病理产物。本病病位在心,与脾肾等脏关系密切。治疗上注重虚实同治,脏腑兼顾,施以温阳益气、化瘀利水法。本文论述了梁君昭教授对慢性心力衰竭的认识,诊疗经验及精准用药,其学术特点突出,临床疗效显著。 |

| Professor Liangjunzhao, a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Shaanxi Province, summed up many years of clinical experience and believed that chronic heart failure was the underlying standard, and this deficiency was the key cause of chronic heart failure. The standard water drink and blood stasis are pathological products that appear in chronic heart failure. The position of the disease is in the heart and has a close relationship with the spleen and kidneys. In the treatment, attention is paid to virtual and real Tongzhi, and the viscera is taken into account, and Wenyang Yiqi and Huayu Lishui are applied. This article discusses Professor Liangjunzhao"s knowledge of chronic heart failure, experience in diagnosis and treatment and precise medication. His academic characteristics are outstanding and his clinical efficacy is remarkable. |
