| 癌因性疲乏是恶性肿瘤常见的临床症状之一,中医药治疗癌因性疲乏有一定的疗效。然而,目前临床中缺少癌因性疲乏客观、统一的辨证标准。本从方法学角度,拟采用文献研究和临床研究相结合的方法,总结出癌因性疲乏中医证候,从病位、病性等不同的维度,筛选出癌因性疲乏病症,初步探讨建立癌因性疲乏中医证候量表的方法,为后期建立癌因性疲乏中医证候量表提供思路和依据。 |
