Abstract: Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of ginseng decoction combined with traditional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris and spleen deficiency. Methods: Choose between December 2018 and December 2019 patients treated in our hospital outpatient service, using the random number table method was divided into control group and treatment group 32 cases, two groups of patients were used conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group while giving ginseng soup flavor treatment, treatment, a total of four weeks, observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of angina, TCM syndrome integral, the change of ecg and blood lipid levels. Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the frequency and duration of angina attacks in both groups were reduced, and the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.75%, higher than 53.12% of the control group. The effective rate of the two groups was statistically treated (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. TG, TC and LDL-c levels decreased and HDL-c levels increased in both groups after treatment, but the changes were more obvious in the treatment group, and the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ginseng soup flavor treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris (two deficiency of the heart and spleen) effect is accurate, has clinical application value. |
