      摘 要: 目的: 观察人参汤加味联合常规西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(心脾两虚型)的临床疗效。方法: 选择2018年12月至2019年12月本院门诊治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各32例,两组患者均应用西医常规治疗,治疗组同时给予人参汤加味治疗,治疗疗程共4周,观察治疗前后两组患者心绞痛发作情况,中医证候积分、心电图和血脂水平的变化。结果:经4周治疗后,两组患者心绞痛发作频率均减少、持续时间均缩短,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前均降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。心电图疗效评定,治疗组总有效率68.75%,高于对照组53.12%,两组有效率经统计学处理(P<0.05),有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后TG、TC及LDL-C水平均下降,HDL-C水平均上升,但治疗组变化更明显,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人参汤加味治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(心脾两虚型)效果确切,具有临床应用价值。

      Abstract: Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of ginseng decoction combined with traditional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris and spleen deficiency. Methods: Choose between December 2018 and December 2019 patients treated in our hospital outpatient service, using the random number table method was divided into control group and treatment group 32 cases, two groups of patients were used conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group while giving ginseng soup flavor treatment, treatment, a total of four weeks, observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of angina, TCM syndrome integral, the change of ecg and blood lipid levels. Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the frequency and duration of angina attacks in both groups were reduced, and the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.75%, higher than 53.12% of the control group. The effective rate of the two groups was statistically treated (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. TG, TC and LDL-c levels decreased and HDL-c levels increased in both groups after treatment, but the changes were more obvious in the treatment group, and the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ginseng soup flavor treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris (two deficiency of the heart and spleen) effect is accurate, has clinical application value.
