| 目的 观察鲜茵陈提取物对人肝癌HepG2细胞株增殖的抑制和凋亡的诱导作用。 方法 用MTT法观察鲜茵陈提取物对HepG2增殖的抑制作用,Annexin V-FITC/PI染色流式细胞仪检测鲜茵陈提取物对细胞凋亡的诱导。 结果 不同浓度的提取物在不同时间内对HepG2的增殖有抑制作用,随着提取物浓度的增加和作用时间的延长,抑制增殖的作用越来越明显,凋亡逐渐增加。 结论 鲜茵陈提取物对HepG2有明显的增殖抑制的作用,能够促进细胞的凋亡。 |

| Objective To observe the inhibition of proliferation and the induction of apoptosis on human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 by fresh Artemisia capillaris Thunb extract. Methods The inhibitory effect of fresh Artemisia capillaris Thunb extract on the proliferation of HepG2 was observed by MTT method, and the apoptosis was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI staining. Results Different concentrations of extract could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 in different intervention time. Moreover, with the increase of extract concentration and action time, the effect of inhibiting proliferation became more and more obvious, and apoptosis increased gradually. Conclusions The extract of fresh Artemisia capillaris Thunb can obviously inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells and promote the apoptosis of cells. |
