| 目的:观察独活寄生汤加减联合浮针治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效｡方法:将2018年9月—2019年9月来我院就诊的82例KOA患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例｡对照组给予常规塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予独活寄生汤加减联合浮针治疗,对比两组治疗前后的中医证候评分､WOMAC评分､血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)､白介素-6(IL-6)､hs-CRP ( 超敏-C反应蛋白)水平｡结果:治疗后两组的中医证候评分､WOMAC评分､hs -CRP (超敏-C反应蛋白)､血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)､白介素-6(IL-6)水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),两组比较观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);结论:独活寄生汤加减联合浮针可以有效的缓解患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高患者生活质量｡ |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Duhuozhitang decoction combined with floating needles in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) ｡Methods: 82 patients with KOA who came to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomized.The method was divided into the control group and the observation group. Each group of 41 cases was treated with conventional celecoxib capsules for oral treatment. The observation group was given Duhuo Decoction plus and minus floating needles based on the treatment of the control group.TCM syndrome scores, WOMAC score, serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), hs-CRP (high-sensitivity-C-reactive protein) levels, and resultsScoring score ､ WOMAC score ､ hs-CRP (high-sensitivity-C reactive protein) ､ Serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) ､ Interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P ﹤ 0.05)The two groups were lower compared with the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ﹤ 0.05) .Conclusion: Duhuo parasitic decoction combined with floating needles can effectively relieve patients ''pain, improve knee function, reduce levels of inflammatory factors, and improve patients'' lives quality. |
