| 目的 观察子午流注针法配合辩证取穴治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣的临床疗效，为临床提供有效的治疗方法。 方法 81例耳鸣患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组A和对照组B（N=27）。对照组A采用传统针刺，对照组B给予口服弥可保0.5mg日3次口服，治疗组采取子午流注针法配合辩证取穴，疗程为2周。观察3组治疗前，治疗1个疗程后耳鸣评价量表（TEQ）评分，中医症候评分的变化，并比较3组的临床疗效。 结果 治疗1个疗程后，3组耳鸣评价量表（TEQ）评分，中医症候评分较同组治疗前比较均下降（P＜0.05），治疗组耳鸣评价量表（TEQ）评分低于对照组A和对照组B（P＜0.05），对照组A和对照组B耳鸣评价量表（TEQ）评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗组，对照组A较对照组B可以显著降低中医症候评分（P＜0.01），治疗组中医症候评分同对照组A比较,差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。治疗组，对照组A，对照组B临床疗效总有效率分别为92.59%，77.78%，74.07%，治疗组总有效率优于对照组A和对照组B（P＜0.05）。 结论 子午流注针法配合辩证取穴治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣疗效优于传统针刺、口服弥可保，能有效的缓解症状，提高痊愈率。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture with dialectical acupoint for tinnitus of excessive liver-fire type. Method Eighty-one patients with tinnitus of excessive liver-fire type were randomly divided into treatment group , control group A，control group B(N=27).The control group A was intervened by traditional acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection , the control group B was given orally Mecobalamin 0.5mg three times a day ，the treatment group was treated with midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture with dialectical acupoint.The two weeks treatment is one course of treatment.Observe the changes in the Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire (TEQ) score and TCM syndrome score before treatment, after 1 course of treatment in the three groups. The clinical efficacies of the three groups were also compared.Result After one course of treatment, the treatment group Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire (TEQ) score, TCM syndrome score was lowre than that before treatment in the same group (P＜0.05)，the Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire (TEQ) score of the treatment group was lower than that of control group A，control group B(P＜0.05),there was no significant difference in Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire (TEQ) scores between the control group A and the control group B (P＞0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of treatment group and control group A were lower than that of control group B(P＜0.01),there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group A in TCM syndrome scores (P＞0.05). The total effective rate was 92.59%,77.78%,74.07%in the treatment group,control group A and control group B, and the total effective rate was better in the treatment group than in control A and B groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions The midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture with dialectical acupoint for tinnitus is better than of traditional acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection and Mecobalamin ,which can effectively relieve symptoms and improve the cure rate. |
