| 近年来,随着人们生活方式的改变和生活节奏的加快,皮肤瘙痒在临床中呈现多发的趋势,且迁延难愈,严重影响患者生活质量。文章介绍了张冰教授在治疗皮肤瘙痒方面独特的理论和丰富的临床经验,张冰教授从整体观念出发,将调和阴阳思想运用于皮肤瘙痒的治疗中,同时根据病变部位不同,用药有序,内外兼治,疏导情志,在临床中取得了较好的疗效,同时辅以典型验案加以分析,以飨同道。 |

| Recent years, with the change of people"s lifestyles and the acceleration of life rhythm, skin itching has shown a tendency in the clinic, and the delay is difficult to heal, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. This paper introduces professor zhang bing"s unique theory and rich clinical experience in the treatment of skin itching. Based on the wholistic concept, she applies the thought of Yin and Yang harmonization in the treatment of skin itching , at the same time pays attention to different parts, orderly use of Chinese medicine, internal and external treatment and dredge emotional ideas. It has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy, at the same time, it is supplemented by typical case analysis for analysis. |
