| 目的 探究通督调神针法对脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能及血清Cor、IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。方法 入组患者共60例,均为2016年9月~2019年10月于我院康复科进行治疗的脑卒中后抑郁患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通督调神针法进行治疗,两组均治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后神经功能、抑郁情绪、生活自理能力、血清应激指标、SF-36评分及治疗后的疗效。结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后,两组血清Cor、IL-2、IL-6水平NHISS、HAMD评分、均降低,且观察组低于对照组；而两组ADL、社会职能、精神健康、疼痛、精力、体力、情感职能以及总体健康评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(66.67%,P＜0.05)。结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用通督调神针法可降低脑卒中后抑郁患者血清Cor、IL-2、IL-6水平,抑制应激反应,同时改善患者神经功能、抑郁情绪、生活质量以及生活自理能力,且疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of tongdu tiaoshen acupuncture on neurological function and serum levels of Cor, IL-2 and IL-6 in patients with depression after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled, all of whom were post-stroke depression patients who were treated in our hospital"s rehabilitation department from September 2016 to October 2019. They were divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group(n=30) by random number table. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with tongdu tiaoshen acupuncture method on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, nerve function, depression, life self-care ability, serum stress index, SF-36 score and therapeutic effect after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the NHISS, HAMD scores, serum Cor, IL-2, IL-6 levels of the two groups decreased, and the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the ADL, social function, mental health, pain, energy, physical strength, emotional function, and overall health score increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than the control group (66.67%, P<0.05). Conclusion Adding tongdu tiaoshen acupuncture method on the basis of conventional treatment can reduce the inflammatory stress response of post-stroke depression patients, and then improve the patient"s nerve function, depression, quality of life and self-care ability, which is worthy for clinic application. |
