| 心室重构是各类心脏疾病发展到终末阶段的重要病理表现。对心室重构的发病机制以及中医药防治进行了综述，发现心室重构的发生发展与神经内分泌系统、免疫系统、炎症因子以及信号通路的异常密切相关，中医药通过调控炎症相关的信号通路、改善细胞外基质过度沉积等方式改善心室重构的程度。 |

| Ventricular remodeling is an important pathological manifestation of the development of various heart diseases to the terminal stage. This study reviews the pathogenesis of ventricular remodeling and the prevention and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine. Related work shows that the occurrence and development of ventricular remodeling are closely related to abnormalities in the neuroendocrine system, immune system, inflammatory factors, and signaling pathways. Traditional Chinese medicine improves the degree of ventricular remodeling by regulating inflammation-related signaling pathways and improving the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix. |
