      目的:研究暴马子皮60%乙醇洗脱层的化学成分。方法:以70%乙醇提取暴马子皮,大孔树脂吸附法得到60%大孔树脂乙醇洗脱部位,经硅胶,ODS,凝胶,制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及NMR、MS等分析手段鉴定化合物结构。结果:从暴马子皮60%乙醇洗脱部位中分离得到14个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为alashinol B(1), 橄榄树脂素-4"-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2), hyuganoside IIIa(3), 橄榄树脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4), (+)-cicloolivil (5), acteoside(6), pinoresinol-4-O-β-monoglycoside(7), sinapaldehydeglucoside(8), 1,2-di-O-β-D-glucopranosyl-4-allylbenzene(9), shashenoside I(10), syringin(11), 3,4,5- trihydroxyallylbenzene,3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12), caffeic acid(13), ferulic acid (14)。化合物3,9,10, 12首次从木犀科中分离得到,化合物2, 4~6为首次从丁香属中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到。

      AIM To study the chemical constituents of the 60% ethanol elution layer of the stem barks of Syringa reticula. METHODS The stem barks of Syringa reticula was extracted by 70% ethanol, and then using AB-8 macroporous resin as the adsorption material. The Separation and purification of 60% ethanol fraction by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC. The structures of isolated compounds were established based on the physical and chemical means, NMR spectroscopy, high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS). RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as alashinol B (1), olivil-4''-O-β-D-glucoside (2), hyuganoside IIIa (3), olivil-4-O-β-D-glucoside (4), (+)-cicloolivil (5), acteoside (6), pinoresinol-4-O-β- monoglycoside (7), sinapaldehydeglucoside (8) 1,2-di-O-β-D-glucopranosyl-4-allylbenzene (9), shashenoside I (10), syringin (11), 3,4,5-trihydroxyallylbenzene, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (12), caffeic acid (13), ferulic acid (14)。CONCLUSION Compounds 3, 9, 10 and 12 were isolated from the Oleaceae family for the first time, compounds 2, 4~6 were isolated from the Syringa genus, and compound 1 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
