| 心血管疾病是全世界发病率和死亡率的重要病因。薤白所含有的柚皮素（naringenin）作为黄酮类代表在治疗和预防冠心病方面有重要得药用价值。在药理学预测模型中我们发现柚皮素可作用于多个冠心病相关的通路及靶点（例如KDR、VEGFA等）。其能通过抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡作用对冠心病具有显著的治疗潜力，并在人体病理生理过程中起着重要的保护作用。基于最新的证据，我们分析并讨论了柚皮素对冠心病的作用机制。本综述中收集的数据可作为深入研究柚皮素治疗心血管疾病的综合参考依据。 |

| Abstract: cardiovascular disease is an important cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. As the representative of flavonoids, naringenin has important medicinal valuein the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. In pharmacological prediction models, we found that naringenin can act on multiple coronary heart disease related targets (such as KDR、VEGFA) and pathways. It can have significant therapeutic potential for several diseases through antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects and plays an important protective role in human pathophysiological processes. Based on the evidence above, we analyzed the mechanism of naringenin on coronary heart disease. The data collected in this study can be used as a comprehensive reference for the further study of naringenin in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. |
