| 摘要：目的：探讨针刺联合中药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：选取诊断为糖尿病合并抑郁症的200例住院及门诊治疗患者，随机分为两组，对照组服用盐酸帕罗西汀片，治疗组服用盐酸帕罗西汀片加用针刺联合中药汤剂一贯煎加减。治疗8周后，分别观察血糖、去甲肾上腺素、五-羟色胺水平的指标变化情况。结果：治疗组去甲肾上腺素、五-羟色胺水平测定的值均有不同程度的升高，明显优于对照组（P<0.05），两组血糖测定变化无明显差异。结论：针刺联合中药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症能明显提高患者去甲肾上腺素及五-羟色胺水平测定的值，效果优于单纯使用西药治疗者。 |

| Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with depression. Methods: 200 inpatients and outpatients with diabetes mellitus complicated with depression were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets, and the treatment group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets plus acupuncture combined with Yiguanjian Decoction. After 8 weeks of treatment, the changes of blood glucose, norepinephrine and serotonin levels were observed. Results: the levels of norepinephrine and serotonin in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the level of norepinephrine and serotonin in diabetic patients with depression, and the effect is better than that of Western medicine alone. |
