| 目的：观察细辛水煎液对醋酸致耳廓肿胀小鼠、醋酸扭体小鼠、热板法小鼠的影响,探讨细辛水煎液的抗炎镇痛作用。 方法：共120只小鼠,分别取40只小鼠按体质量随机分为对照组、阳药组、细辛水煎液高、低剂量组,每组10只,雌雄各半,分为地塞米松组(1.5mg×kg-1)、细辛水煎液高、低剂量组(12g×kg-1,6g×kg-1),正常组灌胃20mL×kg-1蒸馏水,其余各组灌胃20mL×kg-1对应药物,每日1次,连续3天。结果：与对照组比较,地塞米松组耳廓肿胀度显著降低、扭体次数显著减少、痛阈值显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05,下同)；细辛水煎液高剂量组耳廓肿胀度显著降低、扭体次数显著减少、痛阈值显著升高；细辛水煎液低剂量组耳廓肿胀度显著降低、扭体次数显著减少。结论：12g×kg-1,6g×kg-1细辛水煎液具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Asarum decoction on mice with ear swelling induced by acetic acid, mice with acetic acid writhing body and mice with hot plate method. Methods A total of 120 mice, 40 mice were taken according to body mass were randomly divided into control group, positive medicine group, asarum water decoction of high and low dose group, each group of 10, only male and female half, divided into dexamethasone group (1.5mg×kg-1) high and low dose group, asarum water decoction (12g×kg-1,6g×kg-1) and normal group by gastric 20mL×kg-1 distilled water, groups corresponding drug lavage 20 mL×kg-1, 1 times a day, three days in a row. Results Compared with the control group, the degree of auricle swelling, the number of body twisting and the pain threshold in dexamethasone group were significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05, the same below). The degree of auricle swelling, the number of twisting and the pain threshold were significantly increased in the high dose group. The degree of auricle swelling and the number of torsion were significantly decreased in the low dose group. Conclusion 12 g×kg-1, 6 g×kg-1 asarum decoction has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
