      目的:研究柴术理胃饮对肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)血清中胃动素(MTL)与胃泌素(GAS)水平的影响。方法:采用复合因素刺激(慢性疲劳+悬尾+饮食失节)方法制备FD模型,将SPF级健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常组、模型组、柴术理胃饮低、中、高剂量组和多潘立酮组,每组10只;给药剂量为柴术理胃饮高(54 g/kg)、中(27 g/kg)、低(13.5 g/kg),多潘立酮为3.125 mg/kg;正常组、模型组给予等量的生理盐水;每组每天1次,给药21 d。观察并记录大鼠一般情况,计算胃排空率和小肠推进率,HE染色观察大鼠胃窦病理形态变化,采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清MTL、GAS水平情况。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率明显下降(P<0.05),血清中MTL、GAS水平均有不同程度降低 (P<0.05或0.01);与模型组相比,中药各组大鼠的胃排空率和小肠推进率均有不程度的提高(P <0.05或0.01),血清MTL、GAS水平不同程度升高(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:柴术理胃饮可以促进肝郁脾虚型FD大鼠的胃蠕动功能、缩短小肠推进时间,提高血清MTL、GAS水平,这可能是其治疗肝郁脾虚型FD的机制之一。

      Objective: To study the effects of Chaizhu Liwei Yin on serum levels of motilin (MTL) and gastrin (GAS) in patients with Functional Dyspepsia (FD) caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Methods: FD model was prepared by compound factor stimulation (chronic fatigue + tail suspension + diet loss) method. Sixty SPF healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Chaizhu Liwei Yin low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups and doperidone group, with 10 rats in each group.The dose of Chaizhu Liwei Yin was high (54 g/kg), medium (27 g/kg), low (13.5 g/kg), and domperidone was 3.125 mg/kg.Normal group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline.Each group was given medicine once daily for 21 days.General conditions of rats were observed and recorded, gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsing rate were calculated, pathological changes of gastric antrum of rats were observed by HE staining, and serum MTL and GAS levels of rats were detected by ELISA.Results: Compared with the normal group, the gastric empting rate and small intestinal propelling rate of the model group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum MTL and GAS levels were decreased in different degrees (P<0.05 or 0.01).Compared with model group, gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propelling rate of rats in TCM groups were increased to some extent (P<0.05 or 0.01), and serum MTL and GAS levels were increased to different extent (P<0.05 or 0.01).CONCLUSIONS: Chaizhu Liwei Yin decoction can promote gastric peristalsis function, shorten small intestinal propulsing time, and increase serum MTL and GAS levels in FD rats with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, which may be one of the mechanisms of Chaizhu Liwei Yin decoction in the treatment of FD with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
