| 典型哮喘是儿科常见慢性疾病,以反复发作的气急、喘息、咳嗽等为主要临床表现,极大危害患儿身心健康。现阶段典型哮喘的药物治疗虽然有效,但仍不能根治,需长期服用药物控制疾病的发作,且当哮喘未控制时,导致的医疗消费占整个哮喘疾病医疗消费的46.2%,严重增加家庭、社会的经济负担,故掌握其发生的危险因素,预防典型哮喘的发生意义重大。咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的发病机制与典型哮喘相似,均涉及呼吸道慢性炎症、气道反应性增高、气道重塑等,若未得到及时有效治疗,CVA反复发作,可明显增加进展为典型哮喘的风险。中医学治疗CVA具有安全、有效等特点,近年来逐渐受到临床重视。本研究就儿童CVA进展为典型哮喘的影响因素及中医治疗进展进行综述。 |

| Typical asthma is a common chronic disease in pediatrics, with recurrent shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing as the main clinical manifestations, which greatly endanger the physical and mental health of children. Although the drug treatment of typical asthma at this stage is effective, it still cannot be cured. Long-term medication is needed to control the onset of the disease. And when asthma is not controlled, the resulting medical consumption accounts for 46.2% of the entire medical consumption of asthma, which seriously increases the economic burden of the family and society. Therefore, it is of great significance to grasp the risk factors of its occurrence and prevent the occurrence of typical asthma. The pathogenesis of cough variant asthma (CVA) is similar to that of typical asthma, involving chronic inflammation of the respiratory tract, increased airway responsiveness, airway remodeling, etc. Without timely and effective treatment, repeated attacks of CVA can significantly increase the risk of developing typical asthma. TCM treatment of CVA has the characteristics of safety and effectiveness, and has gradually received clinical attention in recent years. This study reviewed the influencing factors of children"s CVA progression into typical asthma and the progress of TCM treatment. |
