| 三叉神经痛是临床上常见的脑神经病变，常以三叉神经所分布区域疼痛为主要症状并伴有病变侧面部肌肉痉挛、抽动。三叉神经痛往往难以治愈，中医针灸治疗能够通过刺激腧穴、经络等来调整人体机能从而达到缓解疼痛的目的，弥补了西医手术的风险和药物治疗的局限性，达到良好的治疗效果。目前临床采用的针刺法多样，现将近年来所应用不同刺法治疗三叉神经痛的文献进行查阅，将其进行总结综述，以期为今后三叉神经痛的针灸治疗提供更多的依据。 |

| rigeminal neuralgia is a common clinical cranial neuropathy. The main symptom is pain in the area where the trigeminal nerve is distributed, accompanied by muscle spasm and twitching on the side of the lesion. Trigeminal neuralgia is often difficult to cure. TCM acupuncture treatment can adjust human functions by stimulating acupoints, meridians, etc. to relieve pain, make up for the risks of western medicine surgery and the limitations of medical treatment, and achieve good therapeutic effects. There are various acupuncture methods currently used in clinical practice. The literature on the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with different acupuncture methods used in recent years is reviewed and summarized in order to provide more evidence for the acupuncture treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in the future. |
