| 目的 以癌毒学说为基础，设计淋巴瘤中医症状量表，依据淋巴瘤患者中医病机要素而确定治疗方案。方法 通过查阅淋巴瘤中医证候学和症状学相关文献结合淋巴瘤临床症状数据挖掘结果，形成量表条目池，选取江苏省中医院、江苏省人民医院的淋巴瘤患者进行正式调查，分别从离散趋势法、相关系数法、克朗巴赫系数法、因子分析法等四方面考评量表的信效度。结果 共纳入受试者129例，应用以上统计方法对调查结果进行分析、汇总，删除未通过筛选的条目，确定了包含 5个维度、25个条目的终选量表。结论 本研究初步形成的疗效评价量表具有良好的信效度，可客观指导中医临床治疗，为高级别临床证据的产生提供依据。 |

| Design Chinese medicine syndrome scale for lymphoma based on cancerous toxin theory, so that treatment can be dertermined by pathogenetic factors. Method: Establish item pool by searching literature refer to lymphoma combined with data mining results of clinical symptom of lymphoma, then form the item pool, select lymphoma patients from JiangSu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, Implement this scale on these patients and analyse their results to evaluate the reliability and validity of scale from discrete trend method，correlation coefficient，cronbach＇s alpha coefficient and factor analysis. Result: final scale was established by statistical method screening, which including five kinds and 25 items. Conclusion: The initial Chinese medicine syndrome scale can help guiding treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, providing the basis of high level evidence. |
