| 通过查阅历代本草古籍,研究本草中记载的苍术与白术的形态、功效、源流等以及明确区分二者的时间,从形态和功效方面探讨二者混淆的原因以及区分方法。结果验证了本草古籍《神农本草经》中记载的术实为苍术,且将白术混入苍术中共同记载。苍术与白术混用千年之久,究其原因主要是二者的形态和功效过于相似,自宋代寇宗奭之后,苍术与白术开始明确区分,并不断发展。另外,本文还验证了《神农本草经》将白术作为了苍术的来源之一,明确了历代本草中记载的苍术与白术的区别,确定了明确区分二者的时间。 |

| Abstract Objective The morphology, efficacy and origin of Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma recorded in materia medica were studied, the time of distinguishing the two was clearly defined, and the cause of confusion and the distinguishing method were discussed. Methods By referring to ancient books and literatures of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, this paper distinguished Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma from the aspects of morphology and efficacy, and carried out textual research of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the aspects of origin, authentic nature and modern application. Results This paper verified that the art recorded in the ancient materia medica book "Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica" was actually atractylodes, and atractylodes was mixed with atractylodes. After Kou Zongshi in the Song Dynasty, Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma began to be clearly distinguished and developed continuously. Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma have been used together for thousands of years. The main reason is that the morphology and efficacy of the two are too similar. Conclusion This paper verifies that this book takes Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizomaas one of the sources of Atractylodis Rhizoma, makes clear the difference between Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma recorded in ancient Chinese materia medica, and determines the time to clearly distinguish them. It is of certain reference value to accurately distinguish Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and give better play to the curative effect of the two methods, and can make the two better use in production and life.
