| 目的:研究补中益气方合温针灸对结直肠癌术后患者胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择安阳市中医院符合纳入标准的结直肠癌患者75例,根据“掷硬币”法随机分为观察组37例和对照组38例。两组均采用腹腔镜的手术方式,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用补中益气方联合温针灸治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组患者排便次数、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和首次排便时间;比较两组患者术前、术后1 d、术后14 d胃动素(MTL)水平的变化情况;比较两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞(CD8+、CD4+、CD3+)变化情况;比较两组患者治疗3、7、14 d的疾病改善率。结果:观察组排便次数多于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。与术前比较,术后1 d两组患者MTL水平降低(P <0.05);与术后1 d比较,术后14 d两组患者MTL水平升高(P <0.05),观察组术后各时间段MTL水平优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD8+、CD4+、CD3+均较治疗前升高(P <0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗3、7、14 d的疾病改善率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:结直肠癌术后患者采用补中益气方联合温针灸治疗,可改善机体免疫功能,促进胃肠道功能恢复。 |

| Objective: To explore the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Formula combined with warm acupuncture on gastrointestinal hormones and immune function in colorectal cancer patients. Methods: 75 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing surgery were prospectively selected from January 2020 to June 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the "coin toss" method. 37 patients in the observation group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture, and 38 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The curative effect was compared after two weeks of treatment. Results: The number of defecation (1.68 ± 0.75) times/day in the observation group was more than that in the control group, the recovery time of bowel sounds (1.49 ± 0.51) days, the time of first exhaust (2.02 ± 0.16) days, the time of first defecation (4.35 ± 1.49) days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), the MTL level (223.36 ± 29.85) ng/L on the first day after surgery, and the MTL level (261.35 ± 34.25) ng/L on the 14th day after surgery were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the CD8+(27.19 ± 2.62)%, CD4+(33.86 ± 3.15)% The improvement of CD3+(59.57 ± 3.36)% was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the disease improvement rates of 51.35%, 75.68% and 94.59% in the observation group at 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Buzhong Yiqi Formula and warm acupuncture can improve the immune function of the body and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer. |
