      TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB作为机体炎症的重要信号通路,参与许多疾病的发生与调控过程。类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,发病机制尚不完全明确,但诸多研究表明,TLRs、NF-κB等炎症信号通路在RA的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,另有研究表明中药可通过影响TLRs、MyD88、NF-κB等信号通路起到调节免疫、调节细胞因子的作用。因此,拟通过分析TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB信号通路在RA发生、发展中的作用,初步探讨中医药通过TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB信号通路治疗RA的研究现状及作用机理,为RA的治疗提供更多的治疗途径。
英文摘要:
      As an important signaling pathway for inflammation, TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB participates in the occurrence and regulation of many diseases. Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease, the pathogenesis of RA is not completely clear, but many studies have shown that TLRs and NF-κB inflammatory signaling pathways play an important role in the occurrence and development of RA. Other studies have shown that Chinese medicinal can affect TLRs, MyD88 and NF-κB signaling pathways, and play a role in regulating immunity and cytokines. Therefore, this study intends to analyze TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of RA, and the research status and mechanism were preliminarily studied on the effect of Chinese medicinal on TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway in treatment of RA, so as to provide more therapeutic approaches for the treatment of RA.
