      疼痛是临床常见的主诉症状之一,通常伴随着多种疾病发生,且患病人群广泛,严重影响患者的身心健康。因此,如何有效控制疼痛以及避免药物的不良反应成为医学界研究的热点。当归镇痛的疗效确切,通过分析整理相关研究文献,发现当归中所含的挥发油、有机酸类、多糖类、氨基酸、核苷类、微量元素等多种有效成分,可通过抗炎、抑制平滑肌痉挛、影响神经系统相关受体表达、保护软骨细胞、抗癌等途径发挥镇痛作用。
英文摘要:
      Pain is one of the common clinical chief complaints, and its occurrence is usually accompanied by various diseases. The affected population is widespread, and the symptom seriously affects the physical and mental health of the patients. Therefore, how to effectively control pain and avoid adverse reactions of drugs used to control pain has become a hot research topic in the medical field. Radix Angelica Sinensis is effective in clinical analgesia. In recent years, modern medicine has isolated, extracted and identified a number of active ingredients from Radix Angelica Sinensis that have pharmacological activity and can express clinical curative effects. These active ingredients, including volatile oils, organic acids, polysaccharides, amino acids, nucleosides, and trace elements, have the actions of anti-inflammation, inhibition of smooth muscle spasm, affecting nervous system related receptor expression, cartilage cell protection, anti-cancer, etc.and, therefore, have the action of analgesic effect. This article reviews the analgesic material basis and action mechanism of Radix Angelica Sinensis, the purpose of which is to provide a basis for the clinical application of the medicinal.
