| 总结了腹泻型肠易激综合征（diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,IBS-D）动物模型及其中医病证结合动物模型的研究现状，发现目前IBS-D疾病模型的造模方法较多，以大鼠复合因素造模法为主，常通过番泻叶灌胃、母婴分离、直结肠刺激、急慢性应激等多种方式的单独或联合应用达到造模效果。中医病证结合动物模型的证型研究不全面，且缺乏规范的评判标准，以肝郁脾虚证和脾肾阳虚证IBS-D模型最为多见，多采用不同证型致病因素的叠加进行造模。因此，基于疾病模型基础上的病证结合动物模型的建立仍是当前开展中医药基础研究的关键和难点。 |

| This study summarized the current research status of animal models of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)and combination of disease and TCM syndrome. It is found that at present, there are many modeling methods of IBS-D, which are mainly compound factors modeling methods in rats, and the modeling effect is often achieved by single method or combined application of various methods, including senna intragastric administration, mother-infant separation, rectal stimulation, as well as acute and chronic stress stimulation. The research on syndrome types of animal models with combination of disease and TCM syndrome is incomplete, and there is a lack of standard evaluation criteria. IBS-D models of Liver depression and Spleen deficiency syndrome and Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome are the most common, and the superposition of pathogenic factors of different syndrome types is often used for modeling. Therefore, the establishment of disease-syndrome animal models based on disease models is still the key and difficult point in conducting basic research in TCM. |
