| As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice, Pulsatilla chinensis contains a variety of chemical components, such as triterpene saponins、triterpene acid、coumarin、lignans、fatty acid and Small molecules, etc. It has very high medicinal value and wide application value which can be used to treat enteritis, pneumonia, tumors, influenza and liver damage in the clinic. Modern pharmacological research has found that P.chinensis has the effect of anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-vaginal trichomoniasis, bacteriostatic and bactericidal, antitumor, antioxidant, anti-mutagenesis, spermicide, liver protection, enhancing immune function, affecting cell proliferation and apoptosis. This study reviews the existing literature resources, then summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of P.chinensis systematically and comprehensively, so as to establish the drug standard of P.chinensis, optimize the quality evaluation system of P.chinensis, find the active ingredients of P.chinensis, provide appropriate guidance for clinical application, and provide a basis for the rational development and utilization of its resources. |
