| 目的：观察小儿推拿治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：2018年7月到2019年12月选择在郑州市第二中医院诊治的功能性消化不良患儿80例,依据就诊顺序分组为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用一般推拿治疗,观察组采用陈宇清推拿法治疗,2个疗程后观察临床疗效、中医症状评分及血锌含量。结果：治疗后观察组的总有效率为90.00%(36/40),显著高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05),治疗期间2组患儿均未发生皮肤感染、肿胀、破损等不良反应,治疗后2组患儿的厌食症状评分都低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组患儿的血锌含量高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：小儿推拿治疗功能性消化不良,能促进血锌的分泌,减轻临床症状,降低中医症状评分,值得推广。 |

| Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods： Children with functional dyspepsia who were selected to be treated at Zhengzhou No. 2 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to December 2019 80 cases, according to the order of consultation grouped into observation group and control group of 40 cases each. The control group was treated with general massage, while the observation group was treated with Chen Yuqing"s massage method, and the clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms were observed after 2 treatments. Scores and blood zinc levels. Results： The overall effectiveness rate of the treated group was 90.00% (36/40), which was significantly higher than the 75.00% of the control group. (30/40) (P<0.05), no adverse reactions such as skin infection, swelling, or breakouts occurred in the 2 groups of children during treatment. , the anorexia symptom scores were lower in both groups of children after treatment than before (p<0.05), and the observation group scores were lower than the control group (p < 0.05), the blood zinc levels of children in the 2 groups were higher after treatment than before (P < 0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion： Pediatric massage for functional dyspepsia is worth promoting as it promotes blood zinc secretion, alleviates clinical symptoms, and decreases TCM symptom scores. |
