| In clinical practice, acupuncture is a common method to treat apoplectic aphasia, and its effectiveness is widely recognized. In traditional medicine, the incidence, diagnosis and treatment of aphasia are all related to tongue, which plays a special role.Based on the TCM attribute of "tongue" and the relationship between tongue and viscera and meridians, combined with the syndrome differentiation of meridians of aphasia, this paper discusses the theoretical basis and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of apoplectic aphasia, so as to expand the thinking and method of clinical treatment of apoplectic aphasia. |
