      针对统计学、关联规则等传统中药配伍规律数据挖掘方法计算结果缺乏深度和内在联系的问题,提出一种可有效进行中药配伍规律发现的多维复杂网络方法。通过方剂中药物作用、药性、性味、归经等属性关系建立多维度复杂网络模型,在此基础上围绕核心药物,采用复杂网络重叠社区发现算法结合多维度属性,进行中药配伍组合的发现与分析。基于《中药方剂大辞典》中治疗小儿脾疳方剂151首建立对应模型,利用本方法得到具有代表性药物组合20个,通过分析研究中医治疗小儿脾疳以清热降噪、消积理气、消疳杀虫药为主,数据挖掘结果从中医理论和实践角度均有依据支撑,可为分析中药配伍规律研究提供一种新的方法。

      Aiming at the problem of lack of depth and internal connection in the calculation results of traditional Chinese medicine combination rules with statistics and association rules mining methods. A multi-dimensional complex network method that can effectively discover Chinese medicine combination rules is proposed. Establish a multi-dimensional complex network model based on the attribute relationships of the drugs in the prescriptions, such as drug effects, properties and meridian tropism. On this basis, around the core drugs, the complex network overlapping community discovery algorithm combined with multi-dimensional attributes is used to discover and combine the combinations of Chinese medicines analysis. A corresponding model was established based on the 151 prescriptions for the treatment of spleen chancre in children in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 20 representative drug combinations were obtained using this method. Through the analysis and research of Chinese medicine treatment of spleen chancre in children, it can clear away heat and reduce fidget, Eliminating accumulation and regulating qi. Eliminating chancre and killing insects, and the data mining results are supported by the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine, which can provide a new method for analyzing the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.
