| 丹参用药历史悠久,《神农本草经》中即有相关记载。2020版《中华人民共和国药典》认为丹参功效为活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈。然历代医家对丹参的功效理解认识不一,甚有相悖的现象。研究将历史时期分为汉晋南北朝时期、唐宋金元时期、明清时期和近代时期,并通过本草考证对历代本草进行深入挖掘与梳理。经过系统考证,梳理了历代主流本草中丹参功效认识沿革,对认识与理解中药功效有所启示,为丹参资源的进一步开发与利用提供了本草学依据。 |

| Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge. has a long history of drug use. There is relevant record in Shennong Bencao Jing. According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People"s Republic of China (2020 edition), the effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza are promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, cooling blood and relieve carbuncle, and clearing away heat from the heart and tranquilizing the mind. However, the understanding of Salvia Miltiorrhiza by medical experts in the past dynasties were different, and there were even contradictory phenomena. Historical period was divided into Han, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Tang, Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties, Ming and Qing Dynasties and modern times in the study. And the ancient materia medica books were dug deeply and sorted out by herbal textual research method. According to systematic textual research, the efficacy and evolution of salvia miltiorrhiza in the mainstream materia medica books in the past dynasties were sorted out. The research provided enlightenment for how to know and understand the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the herbalism basis for further exploitation and utilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza resources were provided. |
