      多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)是当今影响我国育龄期女性生育的一种妇科内分泌疾病,以迁延难愈,反复发作为主要特点,现代医学多通过激素药物调整月经周期、降低雄激素水平、改善胰岛素抵抗、诱发排卵等方式治疗,短期疗效尚可,停药后易反复。传统中医在治疗PCOS方面的疗效显著,且随着科学研究的进展与深入,发现中药可以调控PCOS的相关信号通路,通过减轻自噬、调节激素及胰岛素代谢、减轻炎症反应、抑制氧化应激、调节卵巢激素微环境而起到相应的治疗效果。故该综述通过总结国内外相关文献,提出5条与本病发生相关的信号通路,即磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路、单磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)信号通路、 缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)信号通路,通过阐述PCOS的发病机制,以期今后为中医药在临床治疗或实验研究PCOS方面提供参考。

      Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a gynecological endocrine disease that affects the fertility of women of childbearing age in China today. It is characterized by persistent and recurrent symptoms. Modern medicine mostly uses hormone drugs to adjust the menstrual cycle, reduce androgen levels, improve insulin resistance, induce ovulation, etc. The short-term effect is acceptable, and it is easy to repeat after drug withdrawal. Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of PCOS, and with the progress and deepening of scientific research, it is found that traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the related signal pathways of PCOS, and play a corresponding therapeutic effect by reducing autophagy, regulating hormone and insulin metabolism, reducing inflammatory reaction, inhibiting oxidative stress, and regulating the ovarian microenvironment. Therefore, this review proposed five signal pathways related to the occurrence of this disease, namely phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt) signal pathway and nuclear transcription factor, by summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad- κ B(NF- κ B) Signal pathway, mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal pathway, adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) signal pathway, hypoxia inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) signal pathway, through elaborating the pathogenesis of PCOS, we hope to provide reference for clinical treatment or experimental research of PCOS in the future.
