| Objective: To observe the feasibility and curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with umbilical patch on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness.Method：Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to September 2023 in the departments of disease, oncology and spleen and stomach were collected.The 60 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in diagnosis and TCM dialectic were randomly assigned to 2 groups.Control group 30 cases were treated with clarithromycin and Wenweishu capsule, treatment group 30 cases were treated with umbilical therapy patch combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment in both groups, the effects of the two groups of treatment methods on symptom score, pathological score and clinical efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness were observed.Results: After treatment, the scores of stomachache (p=0.00%), tolerance difference (p=0.00%), choking (p=0.01%), belching (p=0.01%) and fatigue (p=0.02%) in the treatment group decreased significantly, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05).For histopathological changes, after treatment, the scores of gastric mucosal inflammation, glandular atrophy and enterification were significantly reduced in both groups. In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100% (30/30), and the total effective rate of the control group was 96.6% (26/30), with no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion: Warm acupuncture combined with umbilical patch has good clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness, which can be used as a reference for clinical non-drug treatment. |
