| 摘要: 目的: 观察逍遥散加减治疗乳腺癌患者癌症相关性性疲乏肝郁脾虚型的临床疗效。方法: 采用随机平行对照临床研究方法，将纳入病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组给予逍遥散加减中药口服治疗，对照组予以仙鹤草颗粒剂口服，每2周复诊，4周后观察记录癌症相关性疲乏评分及中医症候评分，并比较两组治疗前后免疫功能指标情况。结果:共94例患者完成临床观察，其中治疗组48例，对照组46例，所有纳入患者均为放疗、化疗及靶向治疗结束2个月以上，两组治疗后癌症相关性疲乏评分较前降低，差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，治疗组较对照组改善更为显著。治疗组治疗后肝郁脾虚中医症候评分得到改善，并且CD4+、CD8+，CD4+/CD8+水平在治疗后得到了显著改善。结论：逍遥散加减能够改善乳腺癌患者肝郁脾虚型癌症相关性性疲乏，增强患者免疫功能。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyao Powder on cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer patients belongs to liver depression and spleen deficiency. Methods: All patients recruited in this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using a randomized parallel control method. The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao Powder, while the control group was treated with Herba Agrimoniae orally. Follow up visits were conducted every 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, cancer related fatigue scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were observed and recorded. At the same time, the peripheral blood immune function indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment . Results: A total of 94 patients were included in this study, including 48 cases in the treatment group and 46 cases in the control group. Who were treated with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy for more than 2 months. After treatment, the cancer related fatigue scores of the two groups reduced significantly , Meanwhile. The treatment group showed more significant improvement compared to the control group. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of liver depression and spleen deficiency in the treatment group improved after treatment, and the levels of CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher than those after treatment. Conclusion: Xiaoyao Powder can improve the cancer-related fatigue of liver depression and spleen deficiency in breast cancer patients, and enhance the immune organ function. |
