      糖尿病肾脏病(Diabetic kidney disease, DKD)是糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus, DM)最为常见的并发症之一,可进展至终末期肾脏病,严重降低患者的生活质量。因而探究DKD的发病机制,提高临床疗效是当前临床研究的重中之重.。线粒体自噬通过自噬机制选择性地清除受损或功能失调的线粒体,以维持线粒体质量控制和体内平衡,是自噬现象的一种。研究表明,线粒体自噬在DKD的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,基于线粒体自噬角度防治DKD是现阶段的研究热点之一。中医药具有全方位,多靶点的治疗优势,通过调控线粒体自噬机制,能够有效延缓DKD的进展。本文基于线粒体自噬途径及相关信号通路的调节对中医药治疗DKD的研究进展进行梳理,探讨中医药干预线粒体自噬治疗DKD的潜在靶点,以期为临床研究与药物开发提供新思路。

      Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is one of the most common complications of Diabetes mellitus (DM), which can progress to end-stage kidney disease and seriously reduce the quality of life of patients. Therefore, to explore the pathogenesis of DKD and improve clinical efficacy are the top priority of current clinical research. Mitochondrial autophagy selectively removes damaged or dysfunctional mitochondria through the autophagy mechanism to maintain mitochondrial quality control and homeostasis, and is a phenomenon of autophagy. Studies have shown that mitochondrial autophagy plays an important role in the occurrence and development of DKD, and prevention and treatment of DKD based on mitochondrial autophagy is one of the current research hotspots. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of all-round, multi-target treatment, and can effectively delay the progression of DKD by regulating the mitochondrial autophagy mechanism. In this paper, based on the regulation of mitochondrial autophagy pathway and related signaling pathways, the research progress of TCM treatment of DKD was reviewed, and the potential targets of TCM intervention in mitochondrial autophagy treatment of DKD were discussed, in order to provide new ideas for clinical research and drug development.
